Leading distributor has an immediate opening for a Production Planner / Scheduler paying up to $20  per hour.

Responsibilities for Production Planner - Scheduler:

• Plans, schedules, coordinates and monitors the flow of products through the complete production cycle
• Provides timely planning and scheduling of manufacturing work orders to financial goals and customer delivery dates

• Review open orders to determine customer requirements

• Produces production schedule and capacity to meet customer deliveries

• Coordinate parts delivery and flow of material to meet production schedule

• Coordinate with material purchase orders as required

• Coordinate between warehouse and purchasing on material shortages

• Utilize MRP/ERP system to generate manufacturing work orders

• Release manufacturing work orders to the warehouse and production teams

• Notify Outside Sales and Customer Service Representatives of any schedule impacts to customers

• Coordinates with production teams to develop production schedule to ensure customer commitments are met

• Exercises  good judgment within defined procedures and determine appropriate action. 

Schedule Monday - Friday with FLEXIBLE hours!

Hour Options:  7am - 4pm ; 8am - 5pm; 6am - 3pm can be flexible

Job Requirements for Production Planner - Scheduler:

Production and Processing – Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and efficiencies

Strong customer service skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficient use of computer systems and software applications

Proficiency in Office Excel 

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent

Strong attention to detail

Ability to deal professionally with customers through email

Great organizational skills

Oracle or MRP/ERP experience is preferred

Bilingual is a plus

Leading HVAC industry organization - seeking reliable and customer focused Counter Sales Associate to join team.  Role includes assisting customers at the sales counter, managing inventory, and operating a sit-down forklift to support warehouse functions with pulling orders.

Job Description for Manufacturing Electrical Assembly:

Under general supervision, performs tasks of substantial variety or complexity which require a thorough knowledge of assembly techniques, tools, materials, machines, and equipment. Works from engineering drawings, rough sketches, manuals or verbal instructions.

Typical duties/responsibilities for Electrical Assembly  may include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Under general supervision, perform basic and complex assembly, wiring, and erection of products and systems.
• Read and interpret engineering configuration and wiring drawings.
• Devise and utilize nonstandard procedures.
• May assign and check work of lower level personnel.
• May work nonstandard schedules and/or at off-site locations with exposure to varying environmental conditions.
• Coordinate work with other groups to ensure meeting commitments.
• Perform duties in a manner compliant with prevailing quality procedures and policies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management

Complexity of Tasks: Follow standard practices and procedures in resolving basic and complex problems. Decisions are usually based on established precedents and may affect quality and accuracy to a degree. Errors may result in lost time and rework.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications for manufacturing electrical Assembly: 

• High School diploma plus 2-5 years of related experience in assembly.
• Alternatively, a special combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated accomplishments.
• Capable of reading and interpreting Engineering configuration and wiring drawings.
• Assembly experience(prefer with Torque tools)
• Working in a factory setting
• Reading engineering drawings / schematics

Fabricators – manufacturing associates (3 needed) Hours will be 6am – 230pm Monday – Friday $15-18/hr

Will be working in a non-climate control environment. Working with insulation that they will cut and then they put mixture on some of them that makes them harder to go around pipes.

Job Requirements:

• The environment is dusty and some areas need to wear long sleeves so not itchy from insulation.
• Must be able to accommodate people that are Spanish speaking and understand basic English.
• PPE – our associates will need to wear steel toe shoes.
• Will provide vest, glasses, mask, gloves.

Warehouse technician that has office and computer skills that we could train to work in our Will Call office for pick ups , routing delivery paperwork and billing, and other special projects.
